These are people who want to contact us in writing via the form on the contact page. Here’s what information we request in this case:

HOW WE USE THE DATA FROM THE CONTACT PAGE

This data is not collected or used for marketing purposes, but strictly for us to be able to respond and to know who we are addressing to when responding to the message we received.

Our response can come in the form of a written message or a phone call, depending on your preferred case.

WHERE ARE THESE PERSONAL DETAILS STORED

The data of people who send a message from the contact page are not stored in our database. The system sends notification to the email addresses of those responsible for answering, from where they are picked up and used by our colleagues to contact you.

HOW TO DELETE THE DATA PROVIDED VIA THE CONTACT PAGE

After completing the above purpose, texts received via email are deleted. Periodic checks are carried out so that emails older than 90 days are deleted via the human intervention of our colleagues.
